2025 Annual Appellate Advocacy Seminar
On October 6 and 7, the Bar Association of the Fifth Federal Circuit will present the Annual Appellate Advocacy Seminar. The seminar will be held at the Conference Centre on 11 located in the Pan-American Building, 601 Poydras Street, 11th Floor, New Orleans, LA.
A 10-hour seminar providing practical advice on appellate practice from Fifth Circuit Judges, the Court and seasoned attorneys. This seminar offers a two-hour writing workshop with the option of introductory or advanced brief writing, an hour of ethics, an hour of professionalism, current issues before the Supreme Court and updates on criminal, civil and immigration practice. Registrants have the opportunity to observe oral arguments at the John Minor Wisdom Courthouse.
Cost is $325/$250.00 (Government)
